WELCOME

First year students are guaranteed to have a spot in one of the colleges on campus, that way the students can adapt to new change. Some of the colleges are BRC, Cempaka, TAZ, Allamanda, Dahlia, Sakura and Kenanga.

The majority of SISPA students and also active students resides at BRC. It also supports students from FSKPM, FEB, FSS. BRC is the biggest college on campus.

While Cempaka supports students from FSS, FMHS, CLS.

​

TAZ supports students that goes to the same faculty as BRC. TAZ is the smallest college on campus. 

​

Allamanda supports students from FIT, FK and FSTS.

​

Dahlia is an exclusive college that supports students from any faculty, but it is more focused on supporting international students.

​

Sakura is an all girls college. It supports students from FIT, FSTS and FK.

​

Kenanga on the other hand supports students that are under PALAPES (army) and SUKSIS (police).

 

All college are stationed at the West part of UNIMAS, except Kenanga , which is at the East side of UNIMAS and Raflesia at the outskirts of UNIMAS. Raflesia is a college offered to students who would like to live closer to campus but are unable to obtain a spot within the campus college.

Students who could not get a spot in one of the colleges in UNIMAS usually rent out houses around campus. Such are at UNISQUARE, UNIGARDEN, Academia, Desa Ilmu, Kwang Tai and etc. The rental houses are relatively affordable, not much in comparison to the colleges in UNIMAS, although they have some pros and cons. For example , the students who live in UNIMAS college are not allowed to cook and do not have washing machines. But are 10 times closer to faculties that they can just walk. Rented Houses outside of campus provide cooking facilities and washing machines. But it is harder for the students to travel to classes.
